What’s your biggest business win?
The Beyond 40 Revolution Project 
And building a thriving/ sustainable portrait business.

How does knowing your numbers help with your business’s success?
It helps me understand the health of my business. And paints a holistic view of business and financial success as well as if I need to pivot in some areas.

What is one of the main reasons your business is succeeding?
The work I've done on myself to grow in self value, confidence and resilience. I always hire mentors when I need guidance. And I invest in myself and continuing education. Also have a supportive community of entrepreneurs is key.

What business finance advice would you give to fellow business owners?
Use some form of the Profit First method and pay yourself first. Make sure you have a bookkeeper. Save for taxes. Adopt an abundant money mindset. Every time I get paid, I give thanks and feel gratitude in my heart.

What positive changes have you noticed since partnering with Silver Leaf Office?
I don't have to worry about my books. They would not get done if I did not have Silver Leaf Office.

What advice would you give to other business owners who are considering hiring a bookkeeper?
Don't hesitate. You need it. You need it for the health of your business. You need to know for your personal finances. When you go to do anything in life - get a loan, buy a car, buy a home, ets. You must have your financial house in order and the documentation to back it.
