What’s your biggest business win?
I'm proud to be able to enjoy and have fulfillment in my work, while supporting and prioritizing my family and mental health.

How does knowing your numbers help with your business’s success?
It allows me to make strategic decisions to grow the business, when we hire, gives me continued drive to reach specific goals

What is one of the main reasons your business is succeeding?
There is more than one reason. support mainly though. support of my team, referrals and my family.

What business finance advice would you give to fellow business owners?
hire someone to manage your books. that was the first area I outsourced. Sure, I could do it..but I dreaded it and wasn't always sure I was doing it right. I have time and mental space back - that in and of itself was worth it to me.

What positive changes have you noticed since partnering with Silver Leaf Office?
I don't even worry about anything with Brittney. I trust her, respect her and have confidence in what she does. I know she only ever wants what's best for me and my business. We have grown rapidly and we've had seasons where we've maintained and/or grown steadily. All of which made perfect sense for me as a business owner, and she know all of this because she knows me as a human first and knows the real possibility of burnout.

What advice would you give to other business owners who are considering hiring a bookkeeper?
just do it. so worth it.
